Millennials are deep in their nostalgia era, bringing back the songs, the shows, the references that built them. Sessionistas: The Playlist is built squarely for that moment, and for the six voices who scored it.
The concert lands at the Theatre at Solaire on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 8 PM, bringing together Ice Seguerra, Sitti, Nyoy Volante, Kean Cipriano, Princess Velasco, and Juris for a night built around the songs that soundtracked a generation’s heartbreaks, barkada road trips, first loves, and 2 AM drives home. Tickets are on sale now at Ticketworld.
This isn’t a tribute show or an OST concert in the conventional sense, however. The premise runs deeper than a trip down memory lane: these songs never actually left. They’re still playing in the background of people’s lives, whether in the playlists they didn’t curate on purpose, or the ones that built themselves over a decade of living. Sessionistas: The Playlist leans all the way into the nostalgia, and then asks the audience to notice it’s not actually nostalgia at all.
The set moves in chapters instead of genres: the Kilig Playlist, the Broken Playlist, the Barkada Playlist, and the Healing Playlist. Each one a different emotional gear change. It’s the kind of structure that turns a concert into something closer to a movie you didn’t know you were the main character of.

“Right now, everyone’s in their nostalgia era,” says Liza Diño, the producer and creative director behind the concert and CEO of Fire and Ice Entertainment. “We wanted to lean all the way into that. These are the songs that built us. But the thing people realize when they’re actually in the room is that it’s not just nostalgia — it’s not a song you used to feel something for. It’s a song you still do. That’s the part of the show I’m most excited for people to feel.”
What makes the lineup work is how little overlap there is. Ice Seguerra carries the songs that soundtracked a generation’s coming-of-age. Sitti brings the bossa-tinged sound that’s scored a thousand quiet Sunday mornings. Nyoy Volante and Juris are the voices behind the ballads everyone still knows the bridge to by heart. Kean Cipriano pulls in the rock-leaning edge that keeps the night from ever going full lounge act. And Princess Velasco rounds it out with a voice built for exactly the kind of big, room-wide singalong moment this show is engineered around.
It’s a lineup that shouldn’t share a bill on paper and somehow makes total sense in practice, which is, according to Diño, exactly the point.
And for fans wondering who else is coming: Duncan Ramos will join the Sessionistas roster starting with the next run of shows, with Fire and Ice already teasing more dates beyond August 22.

Tickets for Sessionistas: The Playlist are on sale now for the August 22 show at the Theatre at Solaire, Solaire Resort Entertainment City, Manila.
