Baka Gaijin + Friends goes to the Philippines for the first time with the upcoming event Baka Gaijin + Friends MNL, August 22, 2025 at the Social House in Circuit Makati. This will be the first time the famous Baka Gaijin + Friends brand will branch out from its native land of Japan.
Not only will the event bring pro wrestling back to Circuit, but it will be a night of bands and beer! Watch some bands, get a brewski, and enjoy some mat wrestling with today’s hottest pro wrestlers around the Southeast Asian region.
Tag Team Match: Chris Brookes and Takeshi Masada vs. Jake De Leon and Isaiah Valencia
Chris Brookes comes back to Manila with Takeshi Masada to face a familiar foe in Jake De Leon. JDL won’t be alone. Jake will be teaming up with the “Pinoy Supernova” Isaiah Valencia. JDL and Isaiah will look to play spoiler for the Chris Brookes ‘homecoming’. It’s an exciting tag team math that will surely put everyone on the edge of their seats!
Tag Team Match: Robin Sane and Crystal vs. Patricia Ligaia and Dr. Gore
Baka Gaijin + Friends MNL will have friends meeting once more as Robin Sane and Crystal team up to take on Patricia Ligaia and Singapore Pro Wrestling’s Dr. Gore. Dr. Gore makes his return to the Philippines since March at Dexcon Wrestlestorm 2 and will look to get back at the winning column. However, that will be a tall task as he and Patricia will face two of the biggest names in Pinoy wrestling today with the Queen and the Serial Thriller.
Fabio Makisig vs. El Katipunero
Baka Gaijin + Friends MNL will get a taste of a PINOY WRESTLING SHOWCASE! Fabio Makisig, the Ace of Philippine Wrestling, will go toe to toe with El Katipunero. This will be one showdown you wouldn’t want to miss!
Nigel San Jose vs. Saint John Martin vs. Danny Zamora
A tale of saints, sinners, and hotdog?! It’s an interesting triple threat match that pits Nigel San Jose, SJM and Danny Zamora. Who will be your bet in this hard-hitting affair?

Baka Gaijin + Friends MNL will feature the following awesome bands: Super P and the Space Bandits, The Mox, Shift Heads, and Shirebound!
Kicking off Baka Gaijin + Friends MNL is Shirebound, an indie folk band known for their heartfelt and introspective sound. Blending personal stories with fiction, their music, including the 2019 album For Princesses, By Thieves, explores themes of love and longing.
Pinoy Wrestling’s Superhero, Super P, teams up with a merry band of space bandits to bring out-of-this world tuneage from her planet-sized mess of a brain to your earthling ears.
The Mox (est. 2019) is a modern rock band from Metro Manila, with influences taken from alternative, punk, grunge, indie, and garage, among others. The songs reflect everyday struggles in society and slice of life stories. Originally formed due to the common love of hot sauce, pro wrestling, and music, the new lineup of Migz, Raph, and Thom aims to let listeners see and hear the band’s new direction and vision.
Shift Heads will also be part of the lineup. Get ready for their sick beats and awesome set for that night.
