1Z Entertainment, the pioneering artist management and multimedia agency behind the global sensation SB19, has officially unveiled a new strategic leadership structure designed to deepen its investment in the Philippine music industry. Rooted in its founding mission to professionalize the local music landscape, the company has appointed seasoned industry executive Celine Ferros as General Manager. Ferros joins 1Z following an illustrious tenure at Warner Music Group (WMG), where she was instrumental in building domestic artist business. Her arrival signals a unified purpose to champion homegrown talent on both a local and international scale through an artist-first ecosystem.
The executive transition also sees Julian de Dios appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) after four years of driving the company’s initial growth. Founding CEO Pablo Nase will transition to the role of President, allowing him to focus exclusively on the company’s artistic vision and the creative evolution of the 1Z artist roster. Nase emphasized that as the company scales, it is essential to integrate leaders who possess the expertise to manage complex operations while maintaining a deep passion for Filipino music. This shift ensures that the agency remains creatively grounded while expanding its operational footprint.
The new leadership team is further bolstered by a cohort of industry veterans across marketing and creative sectors. Meya Cortez joins as Sales & Marketing Director to reinforce global partnerships, while Leah Gonzales has been promoted to A&R Director to lead talent discovery and career elevation. The creative arm is strengthened by Iana Forbes as Creative Services Manager and Gallahan East as Marketing Communications Manager. Together, this fortified team positions 1Z Entertainment to drive innovative projects and lead the next era of Philippine music with strategic precision and a unified creative focus.
