BamBam is the next KPOP idol to hold a solo fansign event in the country. Preceded by Jung Yerin and fellow GOT7 member YOUNGJAE, the Thai superstar isn’t just hitting the streets of Manila in Ayala Malls Manila Bay. In fact, he’s also made an appearance in Ayala Center Cebu, making him the first KPOP idol to hold a solo fansign in the Queen City of the South. Given that not many South Korean artists hold events outside of Manila, Cebuanos were definitely filled with excitement; not to mention the fact that BamBam decided to surprise fans with a special performance of riBBon. Fans are excited and looking forward to a variety of activities, especially the official fansign event where fans get a 1-minute 1 on 1 time with BamBam to get their album signed.

K-pop Cover Dance Festival is back for a face-to-face event on August 20 at Ayala Malls Manila Bay! Everyone with access to the internet and passion for K-pop cover dances are encouraged to join. There will be 2 rounds to qualify where winners are chosen through open online popularity count for the 1st round and the top contenders will proceed to the 2nd round where they will be judged in person by famous Korean choreographers, musicians, artists, directors and other professionals. The lucky winner will represent the country to South Korea and experience an all expense paid 7-day tour. They will also get the chance to have their photoshoot taken by a celebrity photographer, a dance lesson with a famous kpop choreographer, an experience to perform on their very own kpop stage and a gaze upon your favorite K-pop idols in this year’s Dream Concert.

Relax like BTS: IN THE SOOP Estate Now on Airbnb

Guests will get the chance to find a moment of peace in the lush countryside of South Korea’s Gangwon region – just as the seven members did while enjoying everyday life and rest on the original content produced by HYBE.

During the second season of IN THE SOOP BTS, the band members experienced leisurely moments and reconnected with nature amidst their busy schedules. Guests will stay at the property, which is a part of a larger estate, and relive their favorite IN THE SOOP BTS moments, such as:


● Reading books in the study like RM or relaxing, Jin-style, on the unicorn-shaped float in the home’s pool
● Finding creative inspiration and strumming guitars like SUGA, snapping selfies with a Polaroid like j-hope or painting on a canvas as V does

About the stay
The one-night stay* on August 29 for only $7** — a nod to the band’s seven members — will immerse two lucky guests in the various elements the K-pop group personally enjoyed during their time on property only a few months ago, including:
● Some of the same furniture and amenities that appeared on the show so guests can truly channel the lifestyle of BTS
● A karaoke machine, sound system and all of BTS hit tracks and albums, including “Permission to Dance”, “Butter” and their just-released album, Proof
● Specially catered dishes like charcoal grilled Korean beef (which the band referred to as “the best taste in the universe” in the show), and tteokbokki, or simmered rice cakes. Plus egg tarts produced by Bang & Bakers, currently served at HYBE INSIGHT, HYBE’s music museum.

How to book
Guests can request to book this stay on Tuesday, August 2 from 11 AM KST (10 AM PHT) at airbnb.com/inthesoopbts. Guests are responsible for their own travel to and from Seoul, South Korea. Round trip car transportation will be provided for the 20-minute journey from KTX PyeongChang station to the IN THE SOOP BTS property.

BamBam surprises fans with back-to-back fansign events

BamBam is the next KPOP idol to hold a solo fansign event in the country. Preceded by Jung Yerin and fellow GOT7 member YOUNGJAE, the Thai superstar will also be joining the roster of July fansign events made possible by Y Global Music and CDM Entertainment.

To fans’ delight, BamBam is not just hitting the streets of Manila but Cebu as well. BamBam Fansign in the Philippines makes him the first KPOP idol to hold a solo fansign in the Queen City of the South. Given that not many South Korean artists hold events outside of Manila, Cebuanos are brimming with excitement.

The Cebu show is scheduled to take place on July 26, 2022, at 6:00 PM at The Terraces, Ayala Center Cebu. Manila follows closely on July 28, 6:00 PM at Activity Center, Ayala Malls Manila Bay.

Much like the other fansign events, BamBam will greet fans through a variety of activities like selfie, solo photo op, fansign, and group photo. Top Spender event will also take place where fans with the most albums get guaranteed perks.

For many, the most enticing part of both events is undoubtedly the “Goodbye Session.” This perk allows all fans to go up the stage and wave goodbye to BamBam. As a bonus, fans can take a video of their interaction with the idol.

Only 1,000 seats are available for Cebu and even fewer for Manila with 750 seats. Entry to the event only requires purchasing one set of ‘B’ albums worth PHP3,900 via https://www.cdmentertainment.ph. With limited seats, it’s a game of who secures their entry first.

Round 2 of album selling opens for Yerin’s Fansign

After many requests from fans, the album selling for Yerin ‘Aria’ Fansign in Manila is re-opened until July 20, 2022, at 11:59 PM. Fans who didn’t make it in the first round get another chance to participate and meet the South Korean star face to face.

Much like the first round, participants are in for plenty of perks including a Goodbye Session for all. Ten signed polaroids, 115 group photo slots, and 40 signed albums will also be raffled.

CDM Entertainment also announced a new venue for the fansign which is now taking place at Gateway Cineplex 5. It is still scheduled for July 22, 2022, at 2:00 PM.

In her video greeting, Yerin expressed enthusiasm about meeting Filipino fans as a solo artist. The 25-year-old idol also showcased her impressive Tagalog skills, prompting a lot of oohs and ahhs from adoring fans.

Yerin is a former member of GFRIEND, the KPOP girl group behind the hit song “Me Gustas Tu.” The group disbanded in 2021, with the members pursuing solo careers, including Yerin who released her debut album last May.
