The 2021 Miss World Philippines Coronation night was finally push-through after COVID restrictions in the country. This year’s coronation night was held in Subic Bay Convention Center in Olongapo City.

Miss World Philippines 2021 – Tracy Perez

Miss Supranational Philippines 2021 – Dindi Pajares (She was appointed back in July to represent Philippines in the Miss Supranational pageant in Poland last August 21)

Miss Eco Philippines 2021 – Kathleen Joy Paton

Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2021 – Zoe Emmanuelle Vera

Miss Tourism Philippines 2021 – Trisha Martinez

Miss Environment Philippines 2021 – Michelle Arceo

Miss Multinational Philippines 2021 – Shaila Mae Rebortera

Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2021 – Tatyana Alexi Austria

1st Princess – Riana Agatha Pangindian

2nd Princess – Janelle Lewis

(Originally, Ganiel Krishnan announced as the 2nd Princess during the coronation night but Ganiel resigned as 2nd Princess to resume and focus on her career as a journalist and Miss World Philippines Organization announced on October 5 that Janelle Lewis will take over the title)
