Ice Seguerra’s ‘Videoke Hits,’ Your Ultimate Karaoke Experience

Unleash your inner superstar, step into the spotlight, and grab the songbook and the mic because Ice Seguerra is set to bring a one-of-a-kind videoke concert experience in his first concert this 2024, ‘Videoke Hits,’ which will be held at the Music Museum on May 10 and 11.

A celebration of the songs we love, together with an OPM icon, ‘Videoke Hits’ aims to be a haven for Filipino videoke lovers who are in for a memorable jamming session.

“My favorite pastime is singing talaga. We even have our own portable videoke machine that I bring everywhere with me. Whenever I want to destress, all I need is to look for a mic, go to youtube for lyrics, solb na! “ Ice Seguerra muses.

Ice is set to ignite the stage with a karaoke vibe unlike any other, allowing fans to experience their favorite hits with a twist only Ice can deliver. From timeless ballads to contemporary chart-toppers, the setlist will feature a diverse range of songs handpicked by who else—his fans!

“One trivia about me pag nagbibidyoke ako, I don’t want to sing my own songs kasi feeling ko, trabaho. So sa videoke ko nilalabas yung mga paborito kong kanta na hindi ko makanta sa shows- from birit songs to broadway to just about anything. That’s why I’m so excited about VIDEOKE HITS becauseI get to sing and perform my favorite videoke songs and share it with my fans, of course with the Ice twist.” he continues.

“As a producer and creative director of this latest concert, VIDEOKE HITS, our challenge is to create a real videoke experience inside the Music Museum where the audience would feel na ka-videoke nila sa Ice. This will be different from Ice’s shows because this concert is more interactive. The guests get to request their songs in real time! They get to sing along with Ice, and we have jammers who will perform onstage with him. Without spoiling the fun, I also want to share na sasayaw si Ice. Ice Seguerra and Noel Cabangon as Special Guests for James Taylor’s Manila Concert

On December 4, 2023, Ovation Productions announced the upcoming concert of the world-renowned singer-songwriter, James Taylor with his All-Star Band, happening at the Mall of Asia Arena on April 8, 2024. He will be joined by Ice Seguerra and Noel Cabangon as special guest performers.

“An Evening with James Taylor & his All-Star Band” will kick off its two-stop Asia Tour in Tokyo, Japan and will hold its second show in Manila, Philippines. Taylor is a six-time Grammy Award winner who was also inducted in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2000.

Ice Seguerra is a renowned performer in the Philippine entertainment industry known for his incredible talent in acting and singing. His soulful voice and heartfelt lyrics captivated the audience with his acoustic set and opening performance during Alanis Morissette’s two-night show in Manila in 2023 promoted by Ovation Productions.

Folk singer and composer, Noel Cabangon is known for his socially relevant songs. He has come a long way in his career as a musician, with more than 30 years of performing around and out of the country.

It is all about acoustic music for Ice Seguerra, Joey G, and Noel Cabangon, who are stripping it all back, equipped with only their beloved guitars and soothing vocals. OPM fans get a triple dose of nostalgic feels this February 23 as their first-ever collaboration concert “Strings and Voices: A Threelogy Series” presents a dazzling display of live acoustic performances and heartfelt lyrics at the Newport Performing Arts Theater (NPAT).

From charming through the silver screen as a child star to captivating the music industry as a renowned musician, Ice Seguerra’s journey has been a string of 35 successful years. The former child wonder turned his attention to music and scored a major hit in 2001 with the single “Pagdating ng Panahon”. OPM STARS SHINE BRIGHTER IN YULESTARS

Well-loved OPM singers make the season of hope happier and brighter through “YuleStars: A Christmas Concert Series” to be held at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Makati City on November 30 (Thursday), December 1 (Friday) and December 2, 2023 (Saturday). All shows start at 8:30 pm.

Dubbed as a “Christmas musical spectacle,” the series will feature Joey Generoso and Angeline Quinto on November 30, with Ice Seguerra as special guest; Jose Mari Chan, Christian Bautista and Roselle Nava on December 1; and Ogie Alcasid and Nina and special guest Ice Seguerra on December 2. The singers have lined up a repertoire of their best-loved songs and all-time favorite Christmas carols.

The concert series is truly meaningful as it will also serve as a fundraising activity to generate resources for the Philippine Military Academy Alumni Association Inc. (PMAAAI), to fulfill its mission to help the less fortunate members of the organization, including the members’ dependents in the areas of death benefits, hospitalization and educational assistance.

Ice Seguerra to open much awaited Alanis Morissette Manila show next week

On March 21, 2023, Ovation Productions announced the Philippine concerts of Alanis Morissette on August 1 and 2, 2023, at the Mall of Asia Arena. This highly anticipated event is the celebration of the Anniversary tour of Morissette’s Jagged Little Pill, which was postponed twice or thrice due to COVID. Appearing as the front act is Ice Seguerra.

Seguerra is a well-known singer, songwriter, and actor in the Philippines. With his soulful voice and heartfelt performances. His single “Pagdating ng Panahon” became a major hit in 2001, which enabled him to start a music career. His participation in Alanis Morissette’s concerts promises to create two nights of magical experience and unforgettable music. Morissette rose to fame in the 1990s with her groundbreaking album “Jagged Little Pill”. Her music resonated with millions around the world, and her songs like “Ironic,” “You Oughta Know,” and Hand in My Pocket” became the anthems of her generation.
