BamBam is the next KPOP idol to hold a solo fansign event in the country. Preceded by Jung Yerin and fellow GOT7 member YOUNGJAE, the Thai superstar will also be joining the roster of July fansign events made possible by Y Global Music and CDM Entertainment.
To fans’ delight, BamBam is not just hitting the streets of Manila but Cebu as well. BamBam Fansign in the Philippines makes him the first KPOP idol to hold a solo fansign in the Queen City of the South. Given that not many South Korean artists hold events outside of Manila, Cebuanos are brimming with excitement.
The Cebu show is scheduled to take place on July 26, 2022, at 6:00 PM at The Terraces, Ayala Center Cebu. Manila follows closely on July 28, 6:00 PM at Activity Center, Ayala Malls Manila Bay.
Much like the other fansign events, BamBam will greet fans through a variety of activities like selfie, solo photo op, fansign, and group photo. Top Spender event will also take place where fans with the most albums get guaranteed perks.
For many, the most enticing part of both events is undoubtedly the “Goodbye Session.” This perk allows all fans to go up the stage and wave goodbye to BamBam. As a bonus, fans can take a video of their interaction with the idol.
Only 1,000 seats are available for Cebu and even fewer for Manila with 750 seats. Entry to the event only requires purchasing one set of ‘B’ albums worth PHP3,900 via https://www.cdmentertainment.ph. With limited seats, it’s a game of who secures their entry first.
BamBam Fansign in the Philippines is presented by Y Global Music in partnership with CDM Entertainment.
After many requests from fans, the album selling for Yerin ‘Aria’ Fansign in Manila is re-opened until July 20, 2022, at 11:59 PM. Fans who didn’t make it in the first round get another chance to participate and meet the South Korean star face to face.
Much like the first round, participants are in for plenty of perks including a Goodbye Session for all. Ten signed polaroids, 115 group photo slots, and 40 signed albums will also be raffled.
CDM Entertainment also announced a new venue for the fansign which is now taking place at Gateway Cineplex 5. It is still scheduled for July 22, 2022, at 2:00 PM.
In her video greeting, Yerin expressed enthusiasm about meeting Filipino fans as a solo artist. The 25-year-old idol also showcased her impressive Tagalog skills, prompting a lot of oohs and ahhs from adoring fans.
Yerin is a former member of GFRIEND, the KPOP girl group behind the hit song “Me Gustas Tu.” The group disbanded in 2021, with the members pursuing solo careers, including Yerin who released her debut album last May.
Over a thousand excited fans trooped over to Smart Araneta Coliseum last May 29 to witness the first KPOP concert in the country in 2 years.
The aptly named “Begin Again: KPOP Edition 2022” show was treated with palpable energy from concert-goers of all ages. This was after all, the first music event featuring international artists at the Big Dome in a while. Bearing their respective lightsticks and fan paraphernalia, the crowd from the event were truly brimming with delight as they welcome onstage South Korean artists Alice, Wei, NCT Dream, and SHINee’s Key.
The evening was met with back to back to back serving of eye-popping visuals and enthralling performances. First time to perform at the Araneta Coliseumstage, Alice kicked off the show with their brand of cute tracks and precise choreography. Their set proved to be a valiant first showing to their Pinoy fans.
Next up was WEi who dropped select cuts from their latest release – “Love Pt.1:First Love”. The six-member boy group entertained the evening with their fierce take on the genre as well as their member’s antics playing fun games onstage.
Third to take over The Big Dome was Jeno, Renjun, Chenle, Jaemin and Jisung of NCT Dream. Fresh from the release of their multi-million selling album, “Glitch Mode”, NCT Dream exploded with dynamism as they embarked on their return to meet their adoring Pinoy fans.
To cap off the night was Key who unlocked the hearts of the fans with his performance. The lead dancer and rapper of SHINee showed that he can definitely hold his own regard as a solo act.
What a night! What a triumph way to start huge live shows again. Truly, a memorable return to Manila’s concert scene.

Four exciting KPOP acts are coming to Philippines to open up our international concert scene. CDM Entertainment host Begin Again: KPOP Edition featuring SHINee’s Key, NCT Dream, ALICE, WEi. Performing LIVE at the Araneta Coliseum on May 29, 2022.
NCT DREAM will be headlining the two-hour show. Hot on the heels of their March comeback, NCT DREAM is ready to wow Philippine NCTzen with “Glitch Mode,” “Hot Sauce,” and many of their chart-topping tracks.
Meanwhile, SHINee’s KEY is fired up for his first performance in the country as a solo artist. The multi-hyphenate star enjoys a successful career in music and television, among other things. With his latest single “Bad Love” receiving commercial and critical success, KEY is set to impress with his strong charisma.
Six-member boy group WEi is also joining in the fun. Known for their album anthologies, members DAE HYEON, DONG HAN, YONG HA, YO HAN, SEOK HWA, and JUN SEO are geared up to tell their story to Filipino fans through their songs like “TWILIGHT” and “Too Bad.”

It’s no secret how much Filipino fans have missed seeing their favorite Korean artists live. Amidst the scramble to collect photocards and make it to online video call events, there are quiet echoes of “I miss watching concerts!” and “When are fan meetings coming back?” in various corners of the web.
Well, fans are in for a treat this summer as four South Korean acts are coming to Manila for a concert. NCT DREAM, SHINee’s KEY, WEi, and ALICE are set to perform their biggest hits live at “Begin Again: KPOP Edition” happening on May 29, 2022, 5 PM at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Aptly named “Begin Again,” this historic event marks the first international concert in the country after two years. The artists have come together to meet their beloved fans face to face, after years of purely online interactions. There’s bound to be a lot of excitement and most notably, happy tears, as idol and fan meet again. Most importantly, it’s an avenue for artists to cheer on their fans during these difficult times.
To add to the thrill, “Begin Again” checks off a couple of hallmark moments for the artists. For instance, NCT DREAM is coming back to “open the doors” of international live shows after being the last one to hold it in 2020. Meanwhile, it is KEY’s first time back to the Philippines. This time, he is performing as a solo artist. His last visit was in 2017 with his group at a benefit concert.
Alternatively, ALICE gets to meet their Pinoy fans again with more members than the last time they were here. Formerly known as ELRIS, the group has added two new members and has since rebranded to its new name. Finally, WEi sets its sights on Filipino RUi for the first time. Having debuted during a pandemic, the six-member boy group didn’t have many opportunities to meet its international fans.
All four groups are fresh off the release of their latest work. NCT DREAM successfully wrapped their “Glitch Mode” era with two million albums sold. This comeback also marked their first entry on the Billboard 200 Chart at number 50, proving their popularity on the international scene.
Meanwhile, SHINee’s KEY debuted as a solo artist in 2018 and has since released multiple albums with “Bad Love” being the latest. The mini-album came out in September of last year and had six tracks, including the titular single. It earned KEY his first music show win along with a number of critical acclaim including the third spot at NME’s “The 25 best K-pop songs of 2021.”
Despite being only two years old, boy group WEi is also a force to be reckoned with. Members DAE HYEON, DONG HAN, YONG HA, YO HAN, SEOK HWA, and JUN SEO recently released their mini-album “Love Pt.1: First Love,” last March and are drawing the attention of fans across the world. The album earned them the fifth spot on Korea’s Gaon Chart.
Finally, girl group ALICE released their latest single “Power of Love” last May 4, 2022. Members EJ, Do-A, Chaejeong, Yeonjae, Yukyung, Sohee, and Karin lent their beautiful voices to this emotional ballad. It sings of longing for a distant loved one but never losing faith in their connection—the perfect song for these tumultuous times.
Catch these four talented artists live at “Begin Again: KPOP Edition.”
