HEADS UP, PPOPCON 2023 IS HERE!

P-Pop fans, we’re bringing you a bigger, better, and bolder P-Pop gathering in the Philippines! Pinoy Pop Convention (PPOPCON) 2023 is definitely the event you want to attend this year–happening on March 18-19 at the New Frontier Theatre and Big Dome, Araneta Coliseum!

PPOPCON brings together artists and fans for a two-day celebration filled with fun activities as a means to strengthen the growing P-pop community. Furthermore, it is now on its much-awaited live gathering where fans and artists can truly connect. Among the list of artist groups who will be there are SB19, BGYO, BINI, 4TH IMPACT, MNL48, 1ST. ONE, ALAMAT, PRESS HIT PLAY, VXON, G22, KAIA and more!

In its second year, artists and fans can enjoy the two-part event, with a convention that features fanbase activities, booths, official merch selling, games, and performances by some of the established P-Pop acts today happening at the New Frontier Theater. On its second day, it will be capped off with a concert from some of your favorite artists at the Big Dome!

BINI to make blooms “FEEL GOOD” in album launch showcase this October 1

The BINI fever is officially on as the all-female P-Pop act is returning with a new album this month and an album launch showcase happening on October 1 (Saturday) at the SM City North EDSA Sky Dome.

Dubbed “Feel Good,” the intimate event will give BINI’s fans called BLOOMs the chance to spend an exciting night filled with electrifying performances, fun games, and unforgettable bonding experience with the girls.

Regular (P500), VIP (P1,200), and SVIP (P1,800) tickets for the album launch showcase are now available via SM Tickets, which all comes with an entrance pass, a physical copy of BINI’s upcoming album, and a poster.

Meanwhile, VIP and SVIP ticketholders have a chance to play games with BINI members Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena, while those with SVIP tickets will also enjoy a meet and greet with them.

Prior to the showcase, BINI will drop its pre-album release single “I Feel Good” and its music video on September 22 (Thursday) followed by its sophomore album along with its comeback single and music video on September 29 (Thursday). The album will have five original and two bonus tracks, including the previously released single “Lagi.”

This September, the ‘nation’s girl group’ also collaborated with global cosmetics brand Maybelline New York by releasing the empowering single “Made For All,” which serves as a confidence booster for those who feel ashamed to embrace their own beauty. The song topped iTunes PH upon its release and was also included in Spotify Philippines’ New Music Friday editorial playlist.

Let #OPMRise Up at the Tugatog Filipino Music Festival live this July 15!

The Tugatog Filipino Music Festival brings together seventeen acts in one stage to celebrate a new peak of OPM with the rise of P-Pop to the top. What was initially set to be just an online concert will now be a full-blown festival at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on July 15, 2022.

With supporters coming from different parts outside Metro Manila, viewers can also watch the festival livestream. Tugatog brings together Pinoy pop groups including 1st.One, Alamat, Bini, BGYO, Calista, Daydream, Dione, G22, LITZ, MNL48, P-Pop Generation, R-Rules, Press Hit Play, VXON, Yara, The Juans, and Zack Tabudlo. The Tugatog stage offers a whole new experience of Pinoy music with never before seen collaborations and fresh takes on popular Pinoy pop hits.

“The goal is to take Tugatog to the live stage. We’re very excited about the possibilities that are unique to doing this online, but of course nothing compares to live,” Sarah Ruth Matias, CEO of Ant Savvy Creatives and Entertainment Inc., said.

Tugatog Filipino Music Festival is produced by Ant Savvy Creatives, Inc. and co-presented by KUMU, realme, and powered by Ulam Mama.

Tickets for Tugatog can be purchased through SM Tickets online, with concert ticket prices to the SM MOA Arena show starting at Php 1,999. Each on-ground concert ticket comes with Tugatog merchandise. Limited edition Artist Bundles, a complete set of Tugatog merchandise inside a box signed by their artist of choice, are also available for Lower Box and VIP tickets. Ticket buyers can also avail of Barkada Bundles for groups of 3 and a special discount available for students

Ipiti Inc. (In Purpose International Training Institute Inc.) will be staging a special live benefit concert titled: “Be You – The World Will Adjust”, an extraordinary celebration for people with special needs. The show set for July 2022 at the Mall of Asia Arena and will feature prominent K-Pop group, Red Velvet as well as P-Pop groups: BGYO, Bini, and teen star Lady Pipay. IPITI Inc. aims to extend its reach to the community to serve as a public servant to all by providing formal and non-formal educational and vocational training as well as enhancement programs for Special Education to those with special needs.

BINI and BGYO gear up for first co-headlining concert in P-Pop history on Nov. 6 & 7

Less than a year after their official launches, P-pop’s fast-rising stars BINI and BGYO have enjoyed several milestones with their fans: BINI’s music video for their debut single, “Born to Win,” was featured in MTV Asia last month and has already crossed one million views, while BGYO has landed on the number one spot on Billboard’s global Next Big Sound chart, coinciding with the release of their latest single “The Baddest,” which just surpassed one million views on YouTube.

Having grown together from being trainees to full-fledged rookie idol groups, BINI and BGYO are taking the next big steps that will define their journey and their sound as they gear up for their upcoming joint concert and respective debut albums.

BINI and BGYO are making history with their sibling concert – the first in P-pop – called “One Dream: The BINI x BGYO Concert,” which will be streamed worldwide on November 6 and 7 on KTX.PH, iWantTFC, and TFC IPTV.

“One Dream: The BINI x BGYO Concert” is also the first two-day concert in the Philippines to feature a unique repertoire per day, promising a grand extravaganza of world-class performances of old favorites and new releases.

The November 6 show will be filled with electrifying performances by each group, collaborations on fan-favorite songs, and exciting numbers by surprise guest artists. On November 7, BINI and BGYO will present more live collabs, sub-unit performances, powerful vocal showcases, and a fan meet on KTX.PH.

Fans who want to buy the SVIP tickets, which are available starting August 31 and are priced at P1,950 or US$39.99, will be able to watch the two shows and join the fan meet on KTX.PH. VIP tickets, meanwhile, will be sold at P1,490 or US$29.99 on KTX.PH, iWantTFC, and TFC IPTV and will provide access to the two shows.

A special early bird promotion for VIP tickets will have a limited run from August 31 to September 2 only. Those who want to buy early will have access to the two shows with a special price of P999 or US$19.99.

Before their joint concert in November, both groups are coming out with their much-awaited full-length debut albums, both of which will have all-original songs. Some members of the groups also got to flex their creativity by composing their own songs for the albums.

For BINI, fans can anticipate the release of the group’s sophomore single in September before the whole debut album drops in October.

BGYO, on the other hand, will continue promoting “The Baddest,” whose music video recently trended worldwide on YouTube and hit number one on iTunes Philippines, before the release of the album, also in October.
